If you have any questions or doubt about the right product for you. Please sent us an email and we’ll try to answer as quickly as possible.
Before considering returning your item please check our FAQ Page to ensure the proper use of your Tether Tools gear.
We are small 2-man company only. Please be patience when replies take longer, especially during weekends and holidays. We try to respond in 24 hours.
Never return an item without letting us know first, you will get a return form as soon as we receive your request.

Exchanges
If you ordered or received an incorrect item, please email or call our office. Ideally a new item will be ordered and sent to you. When we receive your returned item you will be issued a credit. If an item is sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days after receipt for the replacement to be processed.


WARRANTY

Warranty on fysical products, like Tether Tools. You cannot reclaim downloads or presets Some of the Tether Tools products have Lifetime warranty for as long as the original owner uses it. Those Lifetime warranty products are: Tether Table Aero Rock Solid VESA Monitor Mounts Rock Solid Gear AeroTabs, Tether Tools Brand Stands X Lock Connect and Connect Lite brackets Wear and tear is not covered under warranty Limited 90 Day Warranty Tether Tools warrants all Tether Pro Cables and Adapters, Cable Cases and Bags, JerkStoppers, X Lock Mounting Systems and select Aero accessories shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and are covered under a limited 90-day warranty. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty All warranty items may require a proof of purchase. If any defects are identified, products may be exchanged for the exact same new product. within the specified warranty period.


RETURNS

Please keep your original packaging till you’re certain you have the right item and it works. Shipping without the original box is harder for us to exchange/refund. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us first. If the packaging is ok and the product is not used, we can exchange or refund it. When you sent in a product without the original complete packing we can only replace it. Return costs are on the account of the customer and cannot be reclaim.
